Tile Cleaning

We use a special tile cleaning attachment under approximately 1000 psi. It is similar to pressure washing but the solution is contained and vacuumed without making a mess. Grout is pre-scrubbed.

It is optional, but since grout is porous and can absorb stains, sealing is a good idea.

Upholstery Cleaning

We can clean all upholstery with a few exceptions like velvet, leather, silk, and ect.

Upholstery is pretreated. following the pretreatment, we use a special attachment to inject solution and extract it. Low pressure (approximately 150psi) is used so as not to oversaturate the upholstery.

We usually have good results with a three step process. First treat with an enzyme and allow about 6 hours to work. Second extract it with a normal cleaning process and finally encapsulate it with a special product.
