Carpet, Tile & Upholstery Cleaning
We service the greater Little Rock and North Little Rock area. We can arrange to service your home or business outside of this area with proper arrangements.
Absolutely! We can service a multi-level building up to 8 stories depending on the circumstances.
Absolutely! We can clean nylon or polyester area rugs. We also clean wool area rugs, but they do require a more in-depth cleaning process.
If you prefer, we can come to you, but we do offer a discount if you bring the rug to us!
For strong odors such as pet urine, we typically have good results. This process includes pre-treating the surface with an enzyme, a thorough cleaning, and encapsulation of the carpet. This process does require a longer service time.
Generally, yes! This process, much like removing strong odors, requires more time and a more in-depth process, but we have had good results with removing grease in the past.
This varies! Drying time can be greatly reduced with constant air movement while also running your air conditioning. The drying process typically takes 24 hours or less.
Unfortunately, no! Different factors play into effectively removing stains. Some stains may have been “set” with previous attempts to clean them, or some may have dyed the carpet. However, most can be removed. We carry many different high quality products for use on various types of stains.

Tile Cleaning
We use a special tile cleaning attachment under approximately 1000 PSI. It is similar to pressure washing, but the solution is contained and vacuumed without making a mess. Our tile cleaning professionals are equipped with specialized tools that use a high PH solution to not only clean the surface but also kill bacteria and germs. Nu-Look’s tile cleaning services clean and break down all of the oils, grime and dirt trapped in and around the tiles in your home or business.
Since grout is porous and can easily absorb stains, it generally is a good idea, but is optional!
Upholstery Cleaning
We can clean all upholstery with a few exceptions like velvet, leather, and silk.
Nu Look Carpet Cleaning Inc. provides top tier upholstery cleaning that is done with a specialized tool that thoroughly cleans the surface while removing bacteria, allergens, dirt, and grime. Your upholstery will be pretreated first. We will then use a special attachment to inject our cleaning solution and extract it. Low pressure (approximately 150 PSI) is used so as not to oversaturate the upholstery.
We typically have good results with our three step process. First, we treat with an enzyme which takes roughly 6 hours. We will then extract it with our normal cleaning process, and finally encapsulate it with a special product.
